Invoicing

Annual assessment invoices are issued digitally via QuickBooks. To ensure you receive yours, please provide a current email address to the Northwalk Treasurer at [email protected] . You are not required to have your invoice in hand before submitting payment.

How to Pay

Check

Drop your check in the mailbox at the pool house (7690 Paces Lane). Please include your property address on the envelope.

Bank bill pay

Use your bank's online bill pay service. Send payment to Northwalk HOA, 7690 Paces Lane, Gainesville, GA 30506. Enter your property address as the account number so your payment can be properly credited.

ACH (electronic bank transfer)

Your QuickBooks invoice includes a link to pay by ACH if the above options are not available to you. Please note that ACH transactions incur a processing fee charged to the Association, so check or bill pay are preferred when possible.

Credit card payment via QuickBooks is no longer accepted due to the significant processing fees associated with card transactions.
