Assessment statements have been distributed to all Northwalk homeowners — electronically to those registered on our community website, and by U.S. mail to all remaining households. Please watch for your statement and remit payment by the due date indicated.

On behalf of the Northwalk Homeowners Association (HOA) Board of Directors and all your new neighbors, we extend a warm and enthusiastic welcome to our community, proudly located in North Forsyth County, Georgia! We are delighted to have you join us.

The HOA Board of Directors is comprised entirely of volunteer Northwalk homeowners who are dedicated to maintaining and enhancing our community.

Elections and Terms: Board members are elected by Northwalk homeowners for two-year terms during the annual HOA meeting.

Voluntary Service: Please note that Board members serve on a completely voluntary, unpaid basis, focusing on the well-being of the community.
